This IGT Triple Diamond slot is typical of the S-Plus model.  We test them very well!  Service notes follow:

10/20/2013 06:35:35  Replaced cmos battery. Performed reset and BV set procedure. Game works now. Need to look at dead bill acceptor and replace some lights. Will be done soon.
