ULN2803  IC Chip, Switch Matrix Driver.  Replaces Williams 5162-12422-00.  A common failure part on Williams/Bally WPC type pinball CPU boards.  These fail due to shorts in the switch matrix circuits.  They also become damaged by battery leaks.  They are mounted directly below the batteries on the CPU pcb.
